Air Corsica complaint

European Regulation 261/2004, which entered into force on 17 February 2005, protects all passengers from flights departing and arriving at an airport located in one of these Member States plus Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Since Corsica is part of the European Union, Air Corsica is therefore subject to this regulation.

Legal experts to take charge of your steps

At first, you can file your claim with the carrier Air Corsica. The processing time is about two months. In case of failure, there are several remedies, one of them is to send a letter to the Directorate of Civil Aviation.

Sometimes the procedures are long and tedious because the airlines often try to absolve themselves of any responsibility, which jeopardizes the payment of compensation. Therefore, if you have suffered a flight delay and want compensation, you can also file your file and legal experts will take care of all procedures with Air Corsica and the competent authorities.

You have nothing to advance or pay if the process does not succeed. Only in case of compensation, a commission of 30% of its amount will be deducted from your compensation to cover the costs of the procedure.
